Shipping
All orders will be shipped Canada Post. $19 Flat Rate Shipping within Canada and the United States up to a maximum of 3 pounds. All orders include Shipping insurance and a tracking #. Expedited delivery is available at an additional charge. At your request, we can ship parcels via Purolator or UPS or other private shipping carriers. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
For shipping outside North America, please contact us for a custom quote. Email us at roseberries@outlook.com. Let us know the following:
1. Your Address including your country
2. What you would like to order including the size
3. Quantity of each product
We will get back to you with the costs and you can let us know if you would like to proceed.
Shipping Times
For Canada we have a standard shipping time of 2-6 weeks. Outside of Canada your shipping may take 4-8 weeks. Your order may be delayed by your country. Roseberries and Canada Post are not responsible for any loss or delay of shipping time caused by parcels being held by your country’s Customs Agency. Please check your Country’s import rules and regulations for more information including import limits for value of goods imported and prohibited items as this will differ from country to country.
Want to track your parcel? Ask us to provide a tracking number with your order so that you can log on to Canada Post’s website for additional information.
Returns
Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We list all ingredients in our products on our website. Please review the ingredient list prior to placing your order to ensure the product is right for you. Should your item arrive damaged, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. Roseberries takes great care in packaging your product and marking it fragile, however, we are unable to supervise the manner in which each parcel is handled by each delivery person. Sometimes, products become damaged during shipping. That’s why mandatory shipping insurance and your tracking number are so important. Please email us at info@roseberries.ca within 3 days of receiving any product that is damaged. We will help you to submit your claim. Here is the information we will need:
1. Tracking number
2. Roseberries Invoice Number
3. Full name address and telephone number which will be given to Canada Post
4. Photo’s of the damaged items
5. Possession of the damaged item, box and shipping supplies used to send your order
Note: Canada Post may require you to ship the damaged item back to them for inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Wrong Address, refused or Undeliverable Parcels
If we have shipped your products and then it was returned to us due to a wrong address, refused or undeliverable parcels it shall be the responsibility of the customer to pay all costs associated with the delivery. Make sure that you have the proper shipping address before ordering. Roseberries is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to an Incorrect Address ore Refused parcel.
