Each arrangement that we create is unique in it’s own way. The arrangements photographed are an example of the size, colour and variety of blooms that are available in the season. Each arrangement will vary based on the availability of roses and the colour scheme that you have selected. When purchasing your bouquet, you are granting us the right to work within your colour scheme, using different roses, chocolates and toppings in the unfortunate circumstance that we cannot accommodate the special instructions.

All orders must be placed directly through our website.

What kind of chocolate do you use?

Belgian White Chocolate Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla. Pure cocoa content 30%.

Belgian Premium Milk Chocolate Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

Belgian Dark Chocolate (Vegan) Ingredients: Cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla. Pure cocoa content 54%.

Coloured Chocolate Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils), skim milk powder, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, artificial colour including tartrazine, salt and artificial flavour.

How can I keep my order fresh and how long will it last?

Whether you are waiting to gift your order or haven’t finished eating it yet, you can keep your arrangements refrigerated to prolong freshness.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries:

Can last up to 1 week when refrigerated in an airtight container upon receipt.

Roses:

Must be removed from original packaging and placed in a vase of water. Adding sugar to your water and changing it every few days can help prolong the lifespan of your flowers. Cutting the stems regularly is also recommended. The typical lifespan of a rose once cut from the root is 1-2 weeks when properly cared for.

Early Pickup or Delivery: 

All orders are made fresh daily. If you are not gifting your order upon receipt, please keep it refrigerated at all times. We cannot guarantee that your roses will not wilt without water, however clients have claimed that their bouquet still appeared fresh after 24 hour refrigeration. 

Can I fully customize any order?

For all orders placed through the “Build Your Own” Section, please include as many details as possible so that we can recreate your unique vision to the best of our ability using your chosen shape and colour scheme.

How far in advance do I have to order?

All orders are required to be placed at least 2 days in advance. The earlier you order – the sooner we can place an order for your roses! For any last minute orders that you are looking to purchase sooner than this time frame, please speak with an associate via email or through the chat section. If there is availability, we would be happy to accommodate!

Do your products come wrapped/packaged?

Yes, all products come packaged in bakery boxes and/or wrapped in cellophane. All packaging is finished with a beautiful bow.

How many strawberries/roses come in each order?

Some photographs may feature more strawberries than others. Though they all come from the same place, all berries are unique in shape and size, just like snowflakes! Please view our product gallery for an approximate strawberry and bud count.

Can I select the box for my order?

All packaging is specifically designed to accommodate the size of our arrangements. Packaging may vary from photos.

Delivery and Pick Up

What details are required for delivery?

In order to complete your delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with the following information:

  • Recipient Name
  • Recipient Telephone Number
  • Additional Delivery Instructions (i.e., apartment number, buzzer code) at checkout.

Please ensure the recipient (or someone on the recipient’s behalf) will be available to accept the delivery on your selected date and time window.

Where do you deliver?

We offer same-day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas. Once you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to enter the postal code of your delivery location to determine your delivery eligibility.

When do you deliver?

•Requests for deliveries at specific times of the day are not guaranteed. All deliveries must be scheduled during a 2 hour window. We will do our best to deliver your arrangement during the allocated time slot. 

•We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

•The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.

•For residential orders requesting for their arrangements to be left with the neighbour – this MUST be indicated on the comment box upon checkout.

•For all holiday deliveries, we cannot guarantee your desired delivery time window as we may experience a high volume of orders.

How much do you charge for delivery?

All delivery fees are calculated upon checkout. Delivery prices vary based on the items that you order and the major intersections of the location.

Do you deliver outside of the GTA and surrounding areas?

In order to determine whether you are eligible for delivery outside of the GTA and surrounding areas, please contact us via email or our chat section.

Do you offer curb-side pickup?

Yes, we offer curb-side pickup in Markham, Ontario. Our major intersections are McCowan Road and 16th Avenue. Please select curb-side pickup at checkout. 

As a home-based business, we cannot post our exact pickup location online. Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email that will include your pickup location and detailed instructions for your selected date and time.

What happens if the recipient is not home upon delivery?

Please make sure that someone will be home to receive the arrangement on the selected date and time of your order. The sender or the recipient may be contacted prior to the delivery to ensure that someone will be available upon delivery. If the recipient is not home after multiple attempts of being contacted, the arrangement will be left on the front porch or with the concierge of the apartment building. We are not responsible for the package once the delivery has been made. Please do not leave your packages outside as we are not responsible for stolen items/wildlife damage.

Allergen Disclaimer:

Although we take excellent care in maintaining impeccable food safety practices, some products may have come in contact with common allergens such as: peanuts, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, wheat, soy, sesame seeds, seafood, sulphites and mustard.

Vegan Options: 

Our chocolate covered strawberries can be dipped in Belgian Vegan Dark Chocolate. Select this option for any order.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

For all corporate and special event orders (staff parties, weddings, showers, baptisms, etc.) that you cannot directly purchase on our website, please send us a detailed email through the “Contact Us” Section. We would be happy to help you create your vision within any given budget.

Cancellation Policy

Can you hold my order for a later date?

We cannot hold fast-approaching orders for later dates. If you would like to reschedule your order, the minimum time required for this process is 7 days or more. Please send us a detailed email with your order number if you would like to reschedule your selected date. 

Can I cancel my order?

There is a 50% non-refundable fee for all cancellations. Once processed, your order is non-refundable as all roses and fruits are purchased fresh. Please send us a detailed email with your order number if you would like to cancel your order.
